For everyone’s safety:

  • I work in clean, reasonably safe environments.

  • I do not enter spaces with hazardous materials, significant mold, infestations, or conditions that pose a health risk.

  • If a project requires specialized cleanup, licensed trades, or professional remediation, I’ll help you identify the next steps, but I won’t perform that work.
